Bank House’s 11 stunning bedrooms have been individually decorated with great style, mixing old and new, Designer’s Guild fabrics and antique furniture, Regency cartoons and modern paintings, state of the art bathrooms and Georgian panelling.
Each bedroom has its own character. Some are huge, some smaller, most rooms have river views, others look out onto King's Lynn's iconic Custom House.
All rooms have super comfy beds with crisp white linen, and are fully equipped with flat screen television, radio, teas, coffees and mineral waters, books, magazines, and our own guide to King’s Lynn and North West Norfolk.
Luxury bathrooms have fluffy white towels, and pampering Molton Brown toiletries.

Special rates are available for longer stays or for visits combining stays at Bank House and the The Rose & Crown, Snettisham. Please enquire.
Deposit and cancellation policy: A £40 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all reservations. The full amount for one night's accommodation will be charged if notice of less than 48 hours prior to 2pm on the day of arrival is given, or in the event of non-arrival on the day, or of not being able to stay for the full booking duration.
Children are very welcome: Children under 12 and sharing their parents' room - £20 per night B&B (max 2 children per room).
Cots: A cot in parents' room - £10 per night.
Parking at Bank House: There is limited free parking outside the hotel. In the event of a space not being available, we suggest you stop your car immediately outside Bank House whilst you leave your luggage, and then go and park in the inexpensive Baker Lane Pay & Display car park, a two minute walk from the hotel. Turn right as you leave King Staithe Square into Queen Street and the car park is immediately on your left. Alternatively you might find a space on the quay side where parking is free.
The hotel does have a designated parking space which may be pre booked for £10.00 per night.
Private rooms are available for use by guests or non-residents for business meetings, parties, weddings or other functions.
