Meetings & Conferences at Bank House
Situated in the heart of King’s Lynn, and only 5 minutes from the Station (1hr 40 mins to King’s Cross), Bank House offers a distinctive, stylish and elegant setting for conferences, board meetings and away days.
We have two rooms which can be used privately. Our Functions Manager will be happy to discuss your requirements with you, to ensure that we offer exactly the service you are looking for, at a price to suit your budget.
Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout Bank House, and we can arrange hire of any audio visual equipment you require.
The Board Room is conveniently located on the ground floor. Guests using the Boardroom may also use the adjoining Reception Room for tea and coffee breaks.
The Boardroom can seat up to 20 round a table, or 30 cinema style.
The Old Kitchen is an airy, spacious room, with ample capacity to seat 40 at a table, 60 cinema style, or a buffet for up to 80.
Day meeting – from £25 per person
Use of the room, flip chart with pens, notepads and pencils, a bowl of Sandringham apples, fizzy and still mineral water, as much cafetiere coffee and tea as you like, an unlimited supply of Bank House’s famous chocolate chip cookies, and either a working lunch of sandwiches, fries and fruit dessert, or a 2-course lunch in the brasserie (advanced booking required).
12 hour meeting – from £50 per person
All that the Day Meeting package consists of plus a delicious three course dinner.
24 hour meeting – from £150 per person
All that the Day Meeting package consists of, plus overnight accommodation with a double room for each person, full English breakfast and a delicious three course dinner, which can be taken either in a private room or in our beautiful River Room dinning room.
